Bathroom Sink

Lotions, potions, soap and hair are the most common backup causes in your bathroom sink. A Rapid Rooter professional cleaning with a follow up of environmentally friendly enzymes will help extend time between service visits. It also means you won't have to stand and watch all that soap scum floating on the top of a slowly draining sink, leaving behind an ugly visible buildup. Ewwwww! Ick! Gross! See our Environmentally Friendly Products Page for more information on Rapid Rooter Drain Cleaner.

Bathtub/Shower

Hair, soap, and that relaxing, bubbly bath oil (Come on guys - you know you use it, too!) build up in your bathtub or shower drains. A professional cleaning by a member of our Rapid Response Team followed by regular applications of Rapid Rooter Drain Cleaner will help extend time between service requests - not to mention reserve the fun of wading to the ocean or the pool.

Toilets

Toothbrushes, toys, cell phones, false teeth, mice, (not to mention the more common unpleasant history) ...we've found them all plugging the "Porcelain Throne". Our team of Rapid Rooter Service Professionals will go where men and women have, uhm, gone before, and that unpleasant history will be gone with a smile!

Kitchen Sink

Aunt Betty's Turkey Gravy, Uncle Pete's famous BBQ drippin's, soap and oils can cause an upset sink. A thorough Rapid Rooter professional cleaning followed by regular monthly doses of enzymes will flush those troubles away. See our Environmentally Friendly Products Page for more information on Rapid Rooter Drain Cleaner.

Garbage Disposals

Yummy good mashed potatoes! Garbage disposal? Not so good. Our Rapid Response Professional Service Team will get you back to the grind in no time.

Laundry

Soap, lint, grease, dirt - the laundry is the soup pot that empties into your sanitary drain lines. Nothing can dump water faster than a laundry spin cycle. Did you know a standard washing machine uses up to a whopping 55 gallons per load? Even an energy efficient model will still use 20 - 25 gallons. A professional Rapid Rooter cleaning followed by regular monthly applications of ProClean will make sure that indigestible soup goes down the drain! See our Environmentally Friendly Products Page for more information on Rapid Rooter Drain Cleaner.

Sewer

When was the last time you thought about the law of gravity and the role it plays on water in your home? Gravity helps waste water flow, taking the path of least resistance. The plumbing in your house directs how waste water leaves your home. If your toilet suddenly starts to bubble, or you discover debris in your bathtub, it's not a phenomena of water running uphill. Something is blocking the path of least resistance. When more than traffic backs up, call our office and one of our friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives will send help to get things flowing.

Faucets

You've been meaning to get that dripping faucet fixed. It's so easy to forget about until you're quietly reading a book, and the methodical drip, drip, drip sound begins to penetrate into the story line. Put the book down, and give our friendly Rapid Rooter customer service department a call and schedule that repair. See FAQS for more on Faucets.

Toilet Runs

You've been wiggling and jiggling that toilet handle for days, weeks, even months. Today's the day to call Rapid Rooter and let one of our service professionals remove that little annoyance from your life. Besides the rut you've worn in the rug from all the extra trips to stop that infernal noise, the water you will conserve just might surprise you. See FAQS for more on Toilet Runs.

Angle Stops & Hose Bibs

Angle stops are valves used to turn the water supply, to kitchen and bathroom sinks, washing machine, toilets, and refrigerator icemaker, on and off. Hot and cold water supply lines each have an angle. Under the kitchen sink, there may be three, including one for the dishwasher. Most angle stops are gate valves, and are made of materials that may fail over time. If the valves are not turned off and on periodically, they may become frozen which eliminates your ability to shut the water off to your fixtures in case of an emergency. If you have a frozen angle stop, or if your angle stops are showing any signs of leaking, call our Rapid Response Team for immediate repair.
A Hose Bib is a faucet outside your home, generally used to connect to your garden hose. Periodically check your hose bibs for signs of leakage. It's much easier to notice a leak inside the house. A spiking water bill is a good sign of something leaking somewhere. Click or call our friendly customer service team for a quick professional fix.

Sewer Repair or
Replacement

Sewer Repair or Replacement

The Sacramento area is known as "The City of Trees". They are beautiful, but all those roots need somewhere to grow, and they can be a constant problem with your building sanitary sewer. Root intrusion, Orangeburg pipe, bellies (and perhaps even the previous owners attempt to circumvent that big old mulberry in the front yard with a 90 degree left, 90 degree right, and another 90 degree left do-it-yourself sewer repair) are common problems we see in our beautiful Northern California communities. Instead of doing that 90/90/90 we recommend a video inspection for an accurate diagnosis and an appropriate recommendation for repair or replacement. Whether it a more traditional dig, or trenchless, we know all about those mysterious out-of-sight, out-of-mind sewer line problems and how to fix them the right way. See FAQS for more on Orangeburg pipe and bellies.
